We have a strong back-office support team, who are cross-skilled in a number of key areas:

The Partners have highly qualified and skilled support staff, to manage their workload and enquiries when they are not inthe office. When they are in the office, the support team work closely with Jason and David to ensure that their clients experience is the best it can be.

The backbone of the Back-Office, the administration team perform a wide range of functions, including but not limited to; meet and greet service, booking annual reviews with clients, producing client valuations as part of our ongoing servicing, submission and chasing through of new business cases, and dealing with client queries.

The whole team work to an extremely high standard, with great attention to detail. And over 20 years’ experience in the industry, between them.

The team leader holds the Certificate of Financial Administration and is responsible for managing resources and ensuring service standards are maintained.

Paraplanning is a developing area of financial planning with still some confusion as to what the role entails. At Gracechurch Wealth Management LLP, we see Paraplanning as an extension of the service our consultants provide; they handle the research of a case and are responsible for producing the report and paperwork for the adviser’s recommendation, freeing up the adviser to deal with more of the client facing tasks.

The team has in excess of 70 years’ experience between them with many holding the Diploma in Financial Planning or higher.

The team leader holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is responsible for managing resources and ensuring service standards are maintained.

We employ a dedicated full time accounts professional who is responsible for all the record keeping and reporting to the FCA.

The advisers utilise this resource to assist with fund research and selection, and risk management. Along with the other members of the Investment Committee, our Research Analyst sets the panels for all investment types and liaises directly with the Investment management companies.

This team is responsible for the administration of the Core Active Portfolios (CAP), liaising with clients with regard to the quarterly changes and once agreed, organising and executing the portfolio changes.
