Background:
Shifa has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in Finance. She is originally from Bangladesh and moved to the UK to become a financial professional. Shifa joined Gracechurch Wealth Management LLP in 2016 as a fresh graduate and has been managing the in-house model portfolios ever since.
Shifa was nominated as a finalist in Investment Week’s Women in Investment Awards 2018 in the Fund Analyst category.
Specialist Areas/Areas of Interest:
Shifa covers a vast area in the investment field, including economic research, market strategy, fund research, portfolio construction, and monitoring. She is the chair of our investment committee.
Industry Qualifications:
Shifa is a fully qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She also possesses CFA Society UK’s Investment Management Certificate (IMC) which is a level 4 Qualification.
Outside of the Office:
Shifa enjoys watching movies and cooking for large gatherings. Her favourite pastime is creating precious memories with her young family.
