Wealth management

Where you are just looking for something simple, or you are just starting out investing, a single managed fund can often be the best option.

We have a panel of a number of Fund of Funds or Multi Manager funds which we regularly review.

We run a model portfolio service in-house called our Core Active Portfolios (CAP), providing a collection of growth, income, passive or ethical portfolios.

In addition to our own model portfolios, we use a number of external model portfolio services such as Brewin Dolphin, Smith & Williamson and Vestra, along with provider specific models such as Quilter’s Wealth Select portfolios and Royal London’s Governed portfolios.

For certain clients, a discretionary management approach to a portfolio may be best. This is where the buy and sell decisions are made by the portfolio manager.

We have access to a number of Discretionary Fund Managers (DFMs) such as Quilter Cheviot and Charles Stanley.

For larger and/or professional clients, who have a specific investment goal in mind, we can advise on a bespoke portfolio of funds.

We have an in-house research analyst who monitors markets and keeps in touch with investment houses.

Whilst we cannot advise on direct equities, we can advise of products in which to hold them as part of your overall portfolio.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up and you may not get back the amount invested.
